Saraceni di gennaio
Adapting recipes to whatever is available in the cupboard or in the fridge is the best I know. Some friends were supposed to visit this afternoon.
I wanted to surprise them with something tasty and healthy.
I already modified the traditional “biscotti” or “cantuccini” recipe once. But today I added new variations: this is how the Saraceni di gennaio were born.
